3. Eat fresh whole foods like meat, poultry, fish, eggs, butter, cream, plenty of vegetables and some fruit, especially berries.
4. No starvation. Eat when you are hungry until you are full. This is called Intuitive eating.
5. Avoid food additives and all artificial sweeteners. If you need sweetening, use stevia instead.
6. Take a multivitamin capsule every day. Consider taking an Omega-3 capsule daily as well.
7. Drink plenty of water. Sleep enough. These 2 are directly related to how fast you lose weight.
8. Exercises to lose weight don’t really work, but exercising is good for you in many other ways. Exercise enough to feel energetic and happy.
