When you are looking for a fast way to lose weight, what are you actually after? Do you want to lose weight temporarily by losing water weight and some of your muscles? Or would you rather get rid of the extra fat and get a slimmer, prettier body? I think the answer is obvious: if you stop for a minute and think about it, I bet you would prefer looking great and fit into the clothes you wore two – five – even ten years ago. The actual weight is a secondary thing.
Another thing to think about: quick diets are tough, aren’t they?! You are usually hungry when dieting, and all you can think is food and what and when to eat next. You count days until the diet is over and dream about all the foods you will eat once you are through the diet plan. Or perhaps you just slowly drift away from your stern decision to lose weight. It simply was too much to try to stay away from all the foods you love. Most diet plans do not help us to change our eating habits for good.
And lastly: I bet you have been dieting before (since most of us have, many, many times even!). Did you notice how you lost some weight, but that nasty cellulite was still there like nothing had happened? Different low calorie fast diets seem to be useless against that stuff.
